We've just held our third annual parachute day, seeing jumpers launch themselves from 10,000 and 15, 000 feet.
On Saturday 26th August we held our third annual parachute day seeing 27 participants jump tandem from 10,00 and 15,ooo feet.
We gathered early at Sky high Skydiving at Shotton Colliery in anticipation for the event.
The crowd was entertained on the ground throughout the day with live music, raffles and various stalls, as we watched our daredevil jumpers take the plunge.
One after the other our participants launched off, falling fast as our grand total climbed.
We raised an absolutely fantastic £9,000 for the event which will of course go towards the running of our programmes to support veterans in our community.
