Our peer support groups are free to attend for all of our veterans and families. Our groups are ran by our fantactic and fully qualified staff with the aim of supporting our veterans. Not only does it provide members with an opportunity to gain professional help with their issues, it allows them to be helped by other veterans and to offer help to others in the group in a comfortable and friendly environment.  We provide this opportunity every Monday at 11 am and every Friday at 1:30 pm. This is a great way for our veterans and their families to get help from those with shared experiences while also offering support to others.
