Hello, I'm Andy, the CEO & Founder of East Durham Veterans Trust.

I formed East Durham Veterans Trust to support veterans of our region,as I did not believe there was enough support in our area. 

​

I previously served 13 years in the Royal Corps of Signals, with operational tour experience in Kosovo, Iraq and Afghanistan as well as serving in Germany and Cyprus. Away from the signals I also served with 1st Battalion the parachute regiment and the 1st Battalion the Mercian Regiment.

Since leaving the forces I worked for BT Openreach before training to become a counsellor. I now love my job of looking after and supporting veterans in my community through East Durham Veterans Trust.
