Mental Health Education
When suffering from mental health problems one of the best ways the cope with this is to learn and understand why this is happening. We are putting together a number of videos which will be available on our you tube channel to help people who are struggling with mental health conditions.
Over the coming weeks we will be holding a number of virtual well-being sessions, this will be a great way of making people aware of mental health and well being. At the start of the new year (2021) we will be putting together weekly'Walk & Talk' groups for anyone who is interested to attend.
East Durham Veterans Trust will be the first veteran specific organisation in County Durham to provide addiction support. All of our staff are Smart recovery trained and from September 2021 we will be providing this service.
